Pricing

  • We have placed some pricing on individual pages but due to the vast options available they are only for reference.
  • Pricing will be done on an individual basis and will be sent to you as a quote after you complete the contact form. We will contact you to discuss your order in detail. Feel free to call us anytime at (412) 916-3187, and we can review your info.
  • Once you have reviewed the quote, you will be able to accept or decline.

Design

  • If you want us to design your art or text please share your ideas with us.
  • Text only designs will not incur a design fee, or require you to submit a file of the text.
  • Let us know if you want text, images, or both.
  • Tell us where on the product you would like the design ie., front/middle, back, left sleeve, etc.
  • Provide the text and font, a vision of the image or a sketch, if possible
  • The more info we have from you the easier it will be to make your design.
  • Stop here and proceed to the Ordering page if we are providing the design, if not continue on.

Art Requirements

Submitting Art

  • Below are the requirements that we have for submitting art.
  • We accept the following file types, and some files may incur an artwork prep fee if they are of low resolution.
  • Some products will require that you submit your art in a template that will be sent to you, depending on the product(s) you choose.

Preferred File Types:

  • .ai, .eps, .psd, .gif, .tif, .jpg, .bmp, .doc, .ppt
  • Other files may be accepted and will be reviewed.

Here is the information needed for the following specific programs:

 

Adobe Illustrator:

  • Color mode: RGB
  • Convert fonts to outlines
  • Save as .ai or .eps

Adobe Photoshop:

  • Color mode: RGB
  • Resolution must be at 300 dpi and saved at the size you want the print to be. Enlarging photoshop documents creates loss and will not print well.
  • Save as .psd, .tif, or .jpg with text layers flattened.

Corel Draw:

  • Select text and choose “break apart” from arrange menu.
  • Select all text again and choose convert to curves and save as .ai

Scanned Art:

  • Scan at 300 dpi or photograph the image (must be a good photo and will need to be reviewed.)
  • You can also send us the original artwork with a self addressed stamped envelope or package to return artwork.

Web files:

  • Save as .gif or .jpg
  • Images with low resolution may not be able to be reproduced without extensive touch up and will incur art prep charges.

FAQ

  • We do not accept orders outside the U.S.
  • Text only designs do not incur a design fee.
  • Design charges will incur for each design on a product, and each product ordered, if the design is different.
  • Apparel orders can have multiple styles, sizes, and colors as long as the designs will work on each.
  • Artwork will be saved forever, but screens used during production will not unless directed to.
  • A one time charge of $30.00 to keep the screen will be applied to the order.
  • Purchase orders for Schools, Government Agencies, and Major Corporations accepted with written agreement net 30 terms.
  • No minimum quantity required unless specified on product page.
  • We currently can do 4 color designs on white and light garments, and 3 color on black and dark garments.
  • You will be notified when your order ships via email and tracking info will be included where applicable.
  • Standard production time is 2 weeks plus shipping transit time which could be up to 6 days depending on shipping option and location.
